• We provide client-focused services and strive for continuous improvement.
• All client information are kept strictly confidential in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Information leaflets detailing our policies and procedure with relevant forms are available upon request.
• Clients may discuss with Counsellor or responsible staff during the course of service regarding their dissatisfaction, if any the content of service.
• Client may voluntarily withdraw from the service at any point of time.
• Client may from time to time put up their suggestions and complaints, if any, to Centre-In-charge, Senior Counsellor and Executive Secretary.
• Complaint will be handled in 5 working days. We appreciate provision of full details of complaints. All information provided will be treated in strict confidence

Service Description
Integrated family service centres are mainly formed by the transformation of conventional family services centres or merging of conventional family services centres with community-based units such as Family Support and Resources Centres, Family Support Networking Teams etc.
It consists of

1. a family resource unit
2. a family support unit
3. a family counselling unit

which provides a continuum of preventive, support and remedial services,including resource corner, enquiry service, volunteer development, outreaching service, family life education, developmental groups, mutual-help groups, support groups and therapeutic groups.

Service districts

1. we provide services for the western district, which includes Sai wan, Shek tong tsui, Sai ying pun, Belcher, Kennedy town and mount Davis, Kwun lung. Detail of Service Boundary:

   Eastern Boundary	Starts from the waterfront on west end of Shun Tak Centre and runs south-eastward towards the junction of Connaught Road Central and Cleverly Street Along Cleverly Street southward to Queen’s Road Central Along Queen's Road Central eastward to Ladder Street Along Ladder Street southward Ends at the junction with Hollywood Road
   Southern Boundary	Starts westward from the junction of Ladder Street and Hollywood Road Along Hollywood westward to Queen's Road West Along Queen's Road West westward to Hill Road Along Hill Road southward to Pok Fu Lam Road Along Pok Fu Lam Road southward to Mount Davis Road Along Mount Davis Road westward towards he coast (near the disused batter)
   Western Boundary	Starts from China Merchants Wharf in Kennedy Town and runs south-westward along the coastline Ends at the coast of Mount Davis Road (near the disused battery)
   Northern Boundary	Starts from the waterfront on west end of Shun Tak Centre and runs westward along the coastline on the north Ends at the China Merchants Wharf in Kennedy Town
