Activity Application

Enroll in person
- After completing the application form, you could pay in cash or with cheque in person, or by sending your representative to settle the payment during our Center’s opening hours.
Enroll by post
- Please mail the crossed cheque and the completed application form to our Centre by post at least seven days before the activity is held.
  Cheque should be made payable to “The Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council”
  Address: G/F, La Maison Du Nord, 12 North Street, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong
- Please use a separate cheque for each activity and have your name, contact number and activity’s name written at the back of the cheque.
- Please do not send cash by post.
